The High Council is currently meditating on our official bylaws. In the meantime, all CTPO rebels are expected to follow the core principles of the alliance.

The sacred texts decree:

• Thou shalt not share access codes (member data) with the Empire.
• Communication channels shall remain as clear as a Tatooine sky.
• Use the Force (our network) for good, never for evil.

The complete scrolls shall be unveiled when the Council completes their deliberations. Patience, young Padawan.
