The conversations the handoff used to prevent

Monthly roundtables on the topics nobody covers in conferences — AI integration that actually shipped, org restructures that worked (and ones that didn't), and the decisions that define a tenure. Members only. Apply to get in.

What we run

Monthly

Roundtables

Small group (8–12 leaders). One topic, chosen by members two weeks ahead. No slides, no agenda — just the question on the table and the people who've dealt with it. Topics have included: how to run a technology strategy review with your board, what actually happens in an AI bet that fails, and how to restructure without losing your best people.

Quarterly

Deep dives

One member brings a real situation — an org problem, an AI decision, a board dynamic — and walks the group through it. Not a presentation. A working session. The group asks the questions you don't get to ask anywhere else.

Ad hoc

Signal sessions

When something is happening in the industry — a major AI model release, a high-profile engineering failure, a shift in how companies are structuring product-engineering orgs — we get a small group together within days, not weeks, to process it in real time.
